Congrats Ben!
Congratulations to Ben who had a great year and graduated with lots of honors from Grade 8! We had a very enjoyable time watching him walk across the stage and hearing his name called for his various awards. He did very well in academics with top honors, but what I enjoyed hearing the most is awards with the words "respect, good attitude, character" attached to them. It is super exciting to see the Lord's work in his life. After all, Ben was my child that bit all the other children, and punched me in the face in the mall. He also at the age of 3 screamed, " He's not my daddy!!!" as Chris tried to carry him out of a store and away from the Thomas the Tank Engine play table.( Lol, Ben you will never live that down!)
Way to go Ben! We are all proud of you and thankful that you are doing your best for the Lord. By the way, you looked super snazzy!
So glad Nana and Poppa B. could come up to share in the occasion.

Congratulations on your graduation, Ben! Oh my goodness – you are so tall! Your family photos are lovely, although I must admit they bring tears to my eyes… I remember babysitting and have fond memories of watching Herbie the Love Bug while we ate many bowls of popcorn together at our place (when we used to trade babysitting for each other)! You reminiscing about days gone by with Ben made me laugh! You've raised a fine young man, Chris & Sherri! Congrats to you all!
